San Marino RTV it is a modern radio and television in a very ancient state.
It is a unique reality in the media world. State radio and television, expression of a territory with an unmistakable identity, with a great international tradition, also represents a flexible, rapid, incisive multimedia system on the territory and at an international level. A modern structure, with the most advanced technologies and highly experienced professionals.
Born in 1991, with an international agreement between the RAI (Italian Radiotelevision) and theAGES (San Marino Broadcasting Authority), San Marino RTV (Rai subsidiary) broadcasts the signal on satellite platforms ( Sky ch 520 and Tivùsat ch 73), on DTT (Emilia Romagna and Marche ch. 73), in modality live streaming, on the portal www.sanmarinortv.sm APP San Marino RTV.
The Issuer's programming takes place 24 hours a day and the schedule alternates successful films, fictions, documentaries, news and sports. The quality of the programs and the popularity of the conductors, such as for example Pippo Baudo, Maurizio Costanzo, Luciano Onder, Paolo Mieli, etc, are the confirmation of a credible and reliable medium.
The company's multimedia system is completed by two radios - Radio San Marino e Radio San Marino Classic - and the Web portal. San Marino RTV is part of the Union of European Radio and Television (EBU/EBU), of the Radio and television community Italian-speaking (CRI) and of Permanent Conference of the Audiovisual Mediterranean (Copeam).
Since November 2012 the General Manager is Charles Romeo, manager and journalist, historical name of the Italian radio and television broadcasting.
